Blue Ridge Chapter, Virginia
I'm a member of the Blue Ridge Chapter in Northern Virginia. After 28 years on active duty, I retired as a Chief Warrant Officer Four from the US Army in 2003 where I was a special agent with the US Army CID. During those years I was also an Army paratrooper, and spent alot of time being stationed at Fort Bragg, NC. Deployed to many of the skirmishes the US has been involved in between 1975 and 2003. Traveled to about 47 different countries around the globe (some friendly...some "not so" friendly) and to most of the states in the US. I'm now working for "Uncle Sam" doing pretty much the same thing I did when I was still in the military....and yeah, still traveling some. Been riding harleys since the late 70's...started out with a 1972 ironhead sportster chopper in a rigid frame with a girder front end. 30+ years and many bikes later and a few bouts of eatin' pavement and some "road-rash" I can honestly say I haven't changed much...in fact at 52 years old, I'm still kickin' my 1980 shovel...and wouldn't have it any other way (I do have the push button electric start for those days that she just really pisses me the f@%! off!!!). In the old days I was known to wrench my bike in the living room (my first wife wasn't too keen on that one)...what can I say...no garage. I like my tequila like I like my woman...smooth, straight up and naked. Hope to see ya' down the road sometime but til then, keep the shiny side up, the rubber side down and keep it true to the heart.
